Mandatory Insurance

As required by current regulations (Italian Legislative Decree No. 40/2021, as amended), in order to access the facilities and use the ski slopes, you must hold valid third-party liability insurance.

Third-party liability insurance covers any accidental damage caused to other people during skiing activities, providing essential protection to enjoy your mountain experience with complete peace of mind.

In the absence of valid insurance coverage, access to the equipped ski areas is not permitted.

Mandatory Protective Helmet

As required by current regulations, in order to access the ski slopes and use the facilities, wearing an approved protective helmet is mandatory.

The use of a helmet is a fundamental safety measure, as it significantly reduces the risk of head injuries in the event of falls or collisions, helping to make the skiing experience safer for everyone.

Wearing an approved helmet means protecting yourself and others, promoting responsible participation in winter sports and respect for the rules of conduct on the slopes.

In the absence of a compliant protective helmet, access to the equipped ski areas is not permitted.
